Introducing the Latest Innovation from KLUBB: The KL17P Aerial Working Platform
We are pleased to introduce the latest release from the aerial lift manufacturer KLUBB: the KL17P, a 17-meter working height lift mounted on a Renault Master van. As a revolutionary model in its segment, it stands out for its unique combination of lightweight design and high performance, making it suitable for installation on all 3.5-tonne class vehicles.
With a total weight of only 3,100 kg (including a full fuel tank), the KLUBB KL17P maintains optimal payload while being drivable with a standard Category B driver's license.
Designed for a two-person crew, the platform boasts a lifting capacity of 250 kg. When equipped with an optional jib, the working height reaches up to 17.3 m. The horizontal outreach is equally impressive: 6.6 m with a 250 kg load; 7.6 m with 200 kg; 9 m with 120 kg; and up to 10.5 m with an 80 kg load. The platform is versatile, capable of operating both with outriggers and in a "wheels-only" mode.
Working directly on the wheels significantly shortens the lifting cycle during medium-height operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and speed.
The vehicle comes equipped with high-end standard features, including automatic outrigger stabilization and a "Home" function to return the bucket to its transport position. It also features the IUS (Intelligent Usage Stability) technology—KLUBB's latest innovation that automatically adjusts the allowable boom outreach based on the vehicle's inclination.
The bucket control system has been completely redesigned. An integrated 4.3-inch color display allows the operator to intuitively navigate all of the KL17P’s proportional control functions. To ensure maximum safety, standard capacitive sensors prevent any involuntary movements.
The new aerial working platforms are manufactured at KLUBB’s primary facility in Ferrières-en-Brie, France.
