The HIAB X-HiPro 192 crane is designed for professional use, with all functions controlled via a radio remote control. A highly convenient additional feature of this hydraulic device allows safe operation without extending the stabilizer legs — the system automatically adjusts the lifting capacity based on stability parameters.

An outstanding feature of this powerful crane is its hydraulic system, which intelligently distributes oil flow depending on how many functions the operator is using simultaneously and the required speed. While lifting loads, swing damping systems actively reduce oscillation in both horizontal and vertical directions.

The operator can also utilize a dedicated platform mounted on the crane. Once the operator steps onto it, a safety system activates, preventing the crane boom from moving into the platform's working zone, thereby protecting the operator from injury. The robust boom reaches an impressive 10.8 meters and can lift up to 1.5 tonnes at maximum outreach.

Furthermore, this hydraulic crane folds into and out of the transport position with a single lever movement on the radio remote control, offering the operator a seamless and fully automated experience.

Mounted on the truck chassis is the MULTILIFT 18S hooklift system with an impressive lifting capacity of 18 tonnes. Like the crane, the hooklift features an advanced hydraulic system that automatically increases oil flow depending on the number and intensity of functions in use.

The hooklift comes equipped with numerous convenient options, such as a container lift assist feature that protects both the container subframe and the hooklift’s container supports, a radio remote control for safe operator handling, a soft-drop function for gentle container unloading, and a mechanically adjustable hook height setting.

The truck will tow a versatile HUEFFERMANN trailer designed to transport one container loaded with a hooklift or two containers loaded using an articulated chain-lift system. The trailer is equipped with a pneumatically lowering coupling device, allowing convenient container loading from both sides of the trailer. The transported container is securely fastened to the trailer frame using either a chain and locking pin system or a set of four pneumatically-operated hooks, each locking the container with a force of up to 2.5 tonnes.
