Aerial Platform specially designed for power line maintenance is being handed over to the company “Energijos skirstymo operatorius” (ESO). This modern equipment will enable ESO employees to safely perform complex overhead line maintenance tasks at height. The KLUBB Xtenso3 aerial work platform (bucket truck), integrated onto a MAN TGM chassis, stands out with its advanced technical features.

KLUBB Xtenso3:

- Lifting capacity – up to 280 kg, with no restrictions across the entire boom working range;

- Ability to operate without outriggers, providing greater mobility;

- Telescopic boom for the basket, reaching up to 5 meters;

- Operational capabilities on slopes up to 15° and in wind gusts up to 72 km/h.

Together with the official MAN heavy-duty vehicle dealer in Lithuania, “Adampolis,” we presented a new special-purpose vehicle equipped with a KLUBB Xtenso3 aerial work platform (bucket truck). The KLUBB Xtenso series platforms are designed to withstand the most demanding outdoor work. We are pleased to collaborate with Adampolis and ESO to ensure that modern solutions contribute to safer and more efficient electricity network maintenance.

A total of nine specialized bucket trucks, built on MAN TGM 18.250 chassis, will be handed over to ESO and distributed across all regions of Lithuania, ensuring faster and safer electricity network maintenance and repair work.

ESO needs and applications 

ESO will use the new bucket trucks for various high-elevation tasks where conventional climbing on poles is difficult or even impossible (due to hard-to-reach locations or installed metering cabinets). This equipment will allow workers to: replace insulators and crossarms, perform wire tensioning and cable connections on poles, replace poles, carry out other essential electricity network maintenance tasks.
